Keeping Families Together
Keeping Families Together provides long-term supportive housing for high risk families who have current or ongoing history of homelessness, with children at risk of removal or soon to be reunified. The program provides case management, therapy, employment specialty, and support groups to families.
Families with children ages birth to 17
Length of Service
12 months minimum; families in good standings can remain as long as they want
Who Can Refer
Referrals are made through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
