Life Link Homes

Life Link Homes offer permanent supportive housing for youth who are homeless or aging out of the child welfare system. The program provides life skills, employment counseling, and therapy to ensure a successful transition to self-sufficient living and to prevent long-term dependency on social services. Young adults who comply with their lease requirements may remain until they determine they have the skills and self-confidence to live fully independently.

Youth who comply with lease may remain until ready to move out.

Who Can Refer

Referrals are made through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, transitional and independent living programs, community agencies, and homeless shelters. In addition, young adults can self-refer for services.
