Connect to Family and Connect to Wellbeing

The Connect to Family and Connect to Wellbeing program seeks to achieve permanency, social connections, and emotional wellbeing for youth. Robins’ Nest staff will work to establish permanency by creating stable adult relationships, plans for the future, and maintaining contact with meaningful and committed individuals in the youths’ lives.

On My Own

The On My Own program provides aftercare services to youth who are aging out of the foster care system.
