The Nurse-Family Partnership Program is a free service that pairs a first-time mom by 28 weeks gestation with a personal registered nurse to ensure the best possible pregnancy outcome, the best health and development of the baby, and to help link mom to community resources. The Healthy Families program provides in-home education and supportive services to new and expectant parents. The On My Own program provides aftercare services to youth who are aging out of the foster care system. Services within this program include training for employment seeking and retention, enabling youth to receive their high school diploma, counseling services on an individual or group basis, and assistance in obtaining independent housing.

The Cognitive Life Skills program provides youth who are currently on Gloucester County Juvenile Probation with weekly group sessions that focus on life skills training and leadership and trust building.
