On My Own

The On My Own program provides aftercare services to youth who are aging out of the foster care system. Services within this program include training for employment seeking and retention, enabling youth to receive their high school diploma, counseling services on an individual or group basis, and assistance in obtaining independent housing.

Cognitive Life Skills

The Cognitive Life Skills program provides youth who are currently on Gloucester County Juvenile Probation with weekly group sessions that focus on life skills training and leadership and trust building. The program provides a safe and supportive environment for youth to talk and learn about real life situations in an interactive way.
