Expectant and Parenting Youth

Our Expectant and Parenting Youth program supports expectant and/or parenting youth who are currently involved with the DCP&P and are either homeless or at-risk of homelessness. The program is modeled after our Life Link Homes, and will allow youth to secure stable housing with voluntary supportive services and life skills training.

Healthy Families

The Healthy Families program provides in-home education and supportive services to new and expectant parents. Home visitors work to link parents to existing social service and health care resources, and promote positive parenting and healthy child growth and development. The program typically lasts from pregnancy through the child’s 3rd birthday.

Nurse-Family Partnership

The Nurse-Family Partnership Program is a free service that pairs a first-time mom by 28 weeks gestation with a personal registered nurse to ensure the best possible pregnancy outcome, the best health and development of the baby, and to help link mom to community resources. Moms can keep the service until their child’s 2nd birthday.
